Why didn't my post show up?

Your post most likely did not show up, because your browser did not reload the page, it simply pulled it out of cache. Please reload your browser and it should then appear. Also please note, if the posting conflicts with the terms of service of USmetros, then USmetros staff reserves the right to remove the posting without providing any notice.

The email ID of the person who posted the message does not show up. Why?.

The poster may have chosen to remain anonymous. This option is available in the posting form. To reply to such a post just use the reply form in the bottom of the page that displays that posting.

Can I use html tags anywhere in my post?.

HTML tags are not allowed in any fields in the postings. But if you wish to include an URL in the body of the posting, please use http:// in front of the URL and a space at the end of the URL. Our program will wrap the html tags around it. For example, to link to usmetros.com, type http://www.usmetros.com and then the rest of your message. The URL must be less than 90 characters in length.

Can I include a link to a website in my posting?

If you wish to include a link (URL) to a website in the body of the posting, please use http:// in front of the URL and a space at the end of the URL. Our program will wrap the html tags around it. For example, to link to usmetros.com, type http://www.usmetros.com or http://usmetros.com . NO HTML tags are allowed. The URL must be less than 90 characters in length.

Why isn't my post showing up in the search results?.

If you are using multiple keywords, make sure they are separated by comma. try to search single word searches.

Why isn't there a link back to the home page on every page?.

Please click on the USmetros logo to go back to the home page.

How fast will my posting appear on the board?.

Your postings and messages are updated instantly and you will be taken automatically to the relevant page where your posting should appear.

How big can my posting be?.

The posting size is unlimited. But it is always advisable to keep the message short so that it is easier for the people visiting your posting.

How long will my post remain in the website?.

Free postings will remain for a minimum of 2 months our database.

How can I edit/delete my posting?.

Open your posting, and on the top right, near the title of your posting you will find the edit/delete link. Follow that link, login using the email and password that you supplied when making the post, select the posting that you would like to update, make the modifications that is needed and it will be updated instantly. Or you could login from the main page and you could edit or delete your posting from the available interface.

Why isn't my posting totally removed after I delete it?.

For security reasons only the body of your message is removed and will be replaced with the message that the posting was removed by the poster.

I just made a paid Ad and it does not show up. What is the problem?.

The most probable cause was that your payment wasn't approved and it is pending. You could contact us giving the description of your ad and the date and time you made the payment. Our system logs all the activity, and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
